Unlicensed loans at Resorts World Sentosa |

As per the police authority, some gamblers were offering unlicensed loans at casino resort on the island of Sentosa. Two women from Malaysia have been arrested. Authorities further reveled that this was the first time when illegal loans offered in Singapore’s gambling parlor. The two suspects were detained in the deception operation done by the Officials of Police Intelligence Department and Criminal Investigation Department. According to casino resort, “We are trying our best to offer safe and secure gambling to our players.”
Michael Ang, from Criminal Investigation Department commented, “Unlicensed loan lending is strictly prohibited in any of the gambling venues. We are trying our best to prevent these criminals from offering any illegal loans at the casino.” David Poh, head of the Moneylenders’ Association of Singapore commented, “I am aware that unlicensed loans are provided in Singapore, but I am more worried about the situation in ambling venues.”
